Located in Santander province on the eastern branch of the Andes Mountain range in Colombia. In close proximity to the Chichamocha Canyon, Colombia’s answer to the Grand Canyon, the warm winds and dry conditions create a very particular microclimate which in addition with the farm’s advance infrastructure in fermentation, drying and processing make for a consistently good and unique cup quality and is grown at altitudes of 1600-1900 metres above sea level. The farm is owned and operated by a group of 22 women who are responsible for their households and have a great respect for the local ecosystem and the diversity of flora and fauna. A unique cup profile, with flavours of juicy orange and vanilla and a sweet, floral aroma. Full bodied and smooth tasting, this coffee is suitable for all brewing methods.
