In days gone by the only two coffees available were Mocha; from Ethiopia or Yemen and Java; from Indonesia. As a result of this people mixed them together to create the first coffee blend. Our take on this uses Ethiopian Mocha Djimmah and Sumatran Blue Mandheling for a sumptuous espresso blend. The deep, rich chocolate notes from the Indonesian coffee intermingle with the fruity notes from the African coffee to create a supremely satisfying espresso blend. On the lighter side of our range of espressos, this coffee is also fantastic in a cafetiere or filter and is perfect for after dinner.
